1. Quotations and Commercial Proposals
- All technical specifications, capacities, dimensions, and quotations provided via the website or email are preliminary and subject to formal commercial confirmation.
- Final contracts, delivery schedules, and payment terms are governed by official Proforma Invoices and purchase orders signed between Thermokrupp Engineers and the client.
2. Intellectual Property
All product designs, engineering schematics, logos, technical drawings, imagery, and written content published on this website are the intellectual property of Thermokrupp Engineers. Reproduction or redistribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
3. Statutory Compliance and Warranty
- Equipment manufactured under the Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR 1950) is certified accordingly and supplied with statutory documentation.
- Non-IBR boilers and thermal fluid heaters are engineered within permissible statutory limits (operating below 7 kg/cm² pressure / under 500 liters water capacity).
- Standard equipment warranties apply as specified in the individual sales agreement.
4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and any disputes arising from website use or commercial engagements are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar / Uttar Pradesh.
